Hello Team,
When I land on a results page using JFilters, is it possible to not display a default list of results?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Phil

Hi
The default items of the page are being set through the Preset Filters setting, in the JFilters menu item.
By clearing that setting, you will have an empty page.

Hello Sakis,
LWhen I do that, it says “No results found.” Is there any other way?

You mean that you want the empty page, but without that message?

Hello Sakis,
Yes, that's right. Otherwise, there seems to be a problem, and that's not the idea.
Best regards,
Phil
The easiest solution is to to suppress/change those messages through language overrides.
If you want a more clean, but more elaborate solution, you can use template overrides to remove those elements from the results layout (i.e. The Smart Search results layout). See: https://blue-coder.com/help/blog/customizing-search-results

Thank you, Sakis,
I hadn't thought of substituting it. It's actually better than leaving it out.
Thank you for your help.
