Hi Sakis,

It is the second website in a few weeks where I notice this issue with JFilters.

The context:

• I use YOOtheme
• I use JFilters YOOtheme plugin
• AJAX was enabled in both JFilters Modules
  • Filter
  • Selection

Before all was fine when filtering.

But on those 2 website (probably after some recent update), I noticed the following behaviour:

• after filtering, the layout would not be the one of YOOtheme but the standard Joomla layout
• but when refreshing (not even a hard refresh) then the page would appear with the correct layout
• if I filter then on something else, same story
  • at first the layout is "broken"
  • if I refresh then the layout is OK

On both sites, I diabled AJAX in both JFilters Modules (Filter & Selection)

1. it solved the issue
2. but surprisingly, when I filter the pages still refreshes automatically, as if AJAX was still enabled (or maybe there is now a global AJAX option somewhere ? Or is it enabled by default ?)

Oh I discover something very interesting: I always update all extensions as soon as they are available. Same for JFilters of course.

But when I check all my websites, I see the following

• 1 site still had JFilters 1.22.0BETA2, namely the one where you installed the beta. Is it normal that it would not show any update?
• all the others already had 11 with JFilters 1.21.3

Anyways, for https://www.philippeboesmans.be/fr/oeuvre/catalogue (where I have updated to 1.21.3 and where you still have the credentials) you can test for yourself (I re-enabled AJAX on both Modules): filter on anything and the layout is "broken", refresh and it appears correctly

1. Yes "JFilters- Ajax" v 1.0.4 is indeed enabled. I ignore how it was before

2. About BETA: OK, I had paid attention that the new release Version was inferior to the Beta 1.22.0BETA2 you had installed :D 

3. About Layout: I insist: it noticed it a few weeks ago at first, on https://www.philippeboesmans.be/fr/oeuvre/catalogue. Back then it is by chance that I tried to disabled AJAX in the 2 Modules (Filter + Selection)
3.1. that was a workaround
3.2. but I was and I am still surprised that AJAX still triggers even when it is on off in the 2 Modules
3.3. if you refresh the Result page then the layout is OK. It is only when it is first called by AJAX (it seems) that the layout is "broken

Sorry, I was confused about AJAX.

What I wanted to say is that

• AJAX had always been enabled on both Modules
• and it has always worked fine

But since recently, with AJAX enabled, when the page reloads the filtered items are not shown anymore with the JFilters YOOtheme View but with the basic Joomla Smart Search View (not the one made with YOOtheme for JFilters).
So maybe the issue is more with your JFIlters-YOOtheme plugin than with AJAX (I am not the coder so I don't know what the rootcause is :) )

(if that release is *not* for this week then I would like to have the ZIP or the fix bc I need to apply it to the other site as well. And also then we have a second independent test...)
