Hey,
The filter just isn't working reliably. I've received another customer complaint. The customer posted an entry tagged with “Region/Kulmbach”; the post is online, but ‘Kulmbach’ doesn't appear in the “Region” filter. I've cleared the cache and synchronized the filter—why isn't this working reliably?

What kind of field is this ("Region")? I mean artile field like custom field, tag, etc.
Also, how did the customer posted that article?

Hi,
i made some screenshots for explanation. The filter works fine before update. My client simply reposted the listing. These are job postings; once a position is filled, my client deactivates the listing. Now they need another employee for the Region Kulmbach, so the listing was reposted today.
Should we give you access to the backend?

Thanks for the post, but you did not answer any of the questions of my previous post.
I suppose that the custom field in referrence ("Region/Kulmbach”) is part of a subform field. Correct?
Also, I need to know how such articles are posted in Joomla. Does that happen through the Joomla website or using some api.
Btw. Your problem is probably related with indexing.

It would be really useful if you write what the problem was and how you resolved it.
After all, the whole point is the extension to get improved through the time and never encounter the same issues again.
