All fields should be normally visible always.

Would you like to remove the caret (icon) or cancel the collapsible functionality?
The 1st can be done with some css, the 2nd can be done by removing the `aria-controls` property from the header button (class: jfilters-filter-header__toggle). The 2nd requires a template override of the filtering module's default.php layout.
