I have already indexed the filters in Smart Search (I have set the filters as "not searchable"). I installed JFilters successfully, and everything seems fine. However, although the system shows that the Jfilter indexing process completes, the indexing does not actually occur, and the message "Your 'Article' indexes must be re-indexed" remains active. I repeated the process, starting by clearing and re-indexing Smart Search, but with the same result.

No, I am using AcyMailing but I have disabled the related plugin.
It is hard to know.
The message implies that there is a different number of records in the Smart Search content table and in our indexing table.
If you enable the Joomla's > System Debug, you can go to the Smart Search component and try the "Index Debugging" option (under the Index drop-down). This lets you debug each Smart Search plugin isolated and gives you the output.
