on my website i have 10 articles
If i filter by Tipologia percorso-> Naturalistico i have ti see 10 articles but i have online 9 and i cannot see the last article because the pagination doesn't appear.. why?

Seems like you customized the results page with Yootheme Pro.
Just add the pagination element to your YT JFilters Results template.
