Hi, we have buy the component (version 1.18.2) and installed on this site: https://www.mdmcar.it/risultati-ricerca.html.

The contents are create dinamically on a script from an another portal.

We have three problems:

1. We need to have a ordering of elements (i have enable the flag but the field is not visible);

2. It's possible to have the request in "post"? If we have a post variables the urls does'nt create from the rewite component and we

does'nt have a 404 when the additional fields are not showed.

3. We have also installed "System - JFilters for YOOtheme Pro". When we show the introtext of contents (see this page https://www.mdmcar.it/risultati-ricerca.html), this element is a simple string and not html content. It's possible to enhance this option?

Hi

1. You can create Sorting Rules to define how your results will be sorted/ordered.
You can display the sorting fields to the front-end by enabling the Show Sorting Fields settings.
Unfortunately YOOtheme Pro does not display the sorting drop-down list, at the moment.
I think it is in their plans to add that element in a next release.

2. You cannot use POST. We think it is essential that the generated pages can be shared or stored.

3. This is a YOOtheme element. You better address to the YTP docs and support.

Update: Regarding question #2, your problem seem to come from adding the html suffix at the urls (setting: Add Suffix to URL, in Global Configuration). I can look at that further, but if you want my opinion, this offers you nothing in terms of SEO. The opposite, it makes your urls longer and harder to read.

Hi, for the point 1 (ordering results) i create a sorting rule (two really, for price descending a and title ascending) but the component does'nt show the possibility of change the primary order.

Can you help us please?

Hi

Please read my 1st post. I already replied to that.

Unfortunately YOOtheme Pro does not display the sorting drop-down list, at the moment.
I think it is in their plans to add that element in a next release.

So, for that you have to address to the YTP team. FYI, the same drop-down is used by the Joomla's Smart Search.
Hence, it is not something strictly related with JFilters.
