I do confirm that now the Sliders work fine in Chrome :) Excellent!

But I discover a new little issue (probably linked to the IMPR "Filter's option labels are now translated.").

Indeed, see the filter "Cinecheck" on https://www.racc.be/filtres/cat/films

It should display the Images... but it shows the HTML of the images.

(besides, when in Options I edit "Max Length of Option Label" I cannot Save a higher value than 120... which is not enough for each icon there)

Good news: indeed by removing htmlspecialchars my issue is indeed solved!

It is really a nice new JFilters feature that the Labels can now be translated natively with Language Overrides :)

I understand the idea of being cautions with htmlspecialchars, but in the core itself Language Strings do work even if I put HTML in it.
If it were a Form that a visitor can fill in then indeed you definitely need to sanitize.
Here Joomla itself does not do it (I guess for the simple reason that if you have FTP access to edit the .ini files or if you have Administration access to edit them via the interface, well anyway then you are already the master of the website).

See for yourself whether sanitisation is necessary there or not. At the worst I will have to edit the file manually after each JFilters update, but that does not happen every week so I can live with that.

(fyi, even with 3000+ Articles and on shared hosting, the Task only takes 0.24 seconds with the query as it is atm)
