Hi Sakiz,
I would like to have the filters to have the Toggle state expanded on a desktop and collapsed on mobile. Is there a way to accomplice this that I might have missed?

There is no such functionality.
Possibly can be achieved with a template override or with javascript.
If you are interested i can possibly undertake it, with some cost.
