I was very happy when I heard that jFilters and the Yootheme plugin should now also work with contacts. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? But when I create a menu link of the type jFilters>Results and then connect a Yootheme template, I have no access to the custom_fields of the contacts in the dynamic content.
