I have tried to use joomlas language override. But I can't find anything to change the words "select" or "clear".

Hi
Every static string can be translated through language overrides. Hence can be found as a labguage string in the lang. overrides page.
If you do not want to search for the strings, check the constants:
MOD_JFILTERS_SELECT_FILTER, MOD_JFILTERS_FILTER_CLEAR

Thanks for helping.
For some reason the override via the Joomla tool did not work. I have now made the changes directly in mod_jfilters_filters.ini. That worked.
