Hi Sakis,
I now successfully implemented JFilter on my multilingual Site, but there are some bugs and Issues I hope that can be solved.
1) JFilter has issues when the Alias of a category is the same like from another one. On a multilingual Site it's quite common to have exact aliases but for different languages. I wish this error could be resolved otherwise we end up in not so nice urls like /de/jobs/filter-de/
2) Jfilter sets canonicals which is nice but does not seem to be compatible with Amy Canonical. I need Canonicals for the whole page, not just for the Search results
3) The YOOtheme integration allows to Assign a Template to One Page. I have two different Layouts, one for Jobs, one for Downloads. On my Multilingual page that results in needing 22 Layouts. It would be good to have the ability to assign one template to severall Pages, not just one
4) Same for the Filter Modules. I needed to Set up 22 Filter and 22 Select Filter Modules just to have the right redirect page in each
5) I created the filter pages and also connected them by multilanguage Associations with each other. However if I am on a result page of an English language and Switch the language to Spanish the Search results are lost and the Filters show more than they should
I hope you can help to solve these issues for multilingual sites.
