Hi

I have a use case where I have a group of 18 driving instructors, each with an 'article' descibing their skills and cars.  Each article has custom fields for their gender, areas that they operate (postcodes),  car type - auto or manual, and a field that identifies them as an instructor.

The articles are all within the 'instructor' category.

I have set the 'instructor' filter as the 'root' filter.

I was expecting to see all 18 instructors at the start of the filter but instead I get a blank page showing no results, see  https://develite.ywdw.co.uk/index.php/instructors/

If I then activate any of the other filters then the relevant instructors are shown.

I have clearly misunderstood the set-up, can you suggest where I have gone wrong?

Hi

The results menu item is always empty. This is a page that is intended to load the results after a filter selection.

That's why we urge admins to keep that page hidden in our docs.

If you want to create a page with pre-set results, you can select the filters of your preference, copy the url and create a page of type System > URL.
