I have installed and setup JFilters as described but I can't see any article.
But the filters are loaded. When I click on a filter then the corresponding articles are loaded.
What I have done wrong?

I am not sure that i understand the question.
If you mean why you are not seeing any results in the JF Results page, prior to selecting any filter, this is the expected behavior.
The JF Results page, is suggested to be a hidden (not directly accessible) page.
The most usual setup, is to use the filtering module in a page with content (e.g. Category Blog).

Ok. Now I have fully understood the logic. Sorry.
I may have misread the instructions.
No problem.
If you want to filter all your articles, you can create a blog category menu item, using a top level category, and configure it to load all the content of it's sub-categories.
