Hi there again,
I still have JFilters on a Joomla 4 site and I wish to keep it but there are problems with the cache of the Jfilters that make my website crash. if I turn on the module and I have a busy traffic day the Cache fills up to 2-3 GB in no time. Is there a way around this? something I can do to avoid such cache problems with filters? I am using JCH Optimize for my cache.

If you have a big site with a lot of filters, you better disable caching for JFilters.
The filters combinations are so many, that this possibly does more harm than good.
I.e. The cost of creating a lot of new caches outweighs the benefits because they are possibly not used or rarely used.

I can't see a do not cache option in the modules. Is my only option to exclude the component from JCH Optimize? Do you have any other tips for me regarding this method?

You have to address to the JCH Optimize docs and support on how to deal with that.
