Hi Sakis,
the Problem is, that the Ajax div is breaking the theme like described in the ticket #245. JFilters Ajax plugin disables features of YOOTheme it just comes at a not fortunate position in the html structure and then the theme breaks.

Although i could not reproduce that problem in YT, i have an idea on how to diable the wrapper being added when ajax is disabled in the modules.
I will try this in the next releases.
Also tried to find a way to disable that in YT, but YT loads the whole page in a frame, the same way as Joomla does.
Meanwhile, a workaround is to disable the "JFilters - Ajax" plugin while you are in the YT customizer or when you are not using ajax at all.
