So on some of the fields the filter is showing me the field number and not the name value of the character or the name of the country - how can I fix this?

Hello again,
So here is the backend - there are 2 parts, the first I am using ACF 2.4.0 for countries (diagram 1) and it is not showing correctly in the filters.
Next, and more importantly, the main fields I have issues with are using the article field to process the queries. I have added the screenshot so you can see the settings.

BTW - so since it is using articles field it is using articles as the options for the field. Just saying that incase that helps

The Article Field from regular labs is a 3rd party custom field plugin.
Probably it uses it's own way to store and display the custom field values.
So far we have not tested neither integrated our extension with that 3rd party plugin.
If you are interested, i can check if and how such an integration can be done, but possibly will have an extra cost.

There will be a new release these days, that will allow 3rd party plugins to format the filter labels (i.e. what you see).
Tassos is already aware of that. I also sent him a code snippet of how it should be done.
For the Article Field, you should notify Peter van Westen (@regular labs) on Integrating that.

But it require to hack the Article Field plugin, which means that you could no longer update it. At least until it integrates with JFilters.

It is still not an officia release - he says use the developer versions on live sites at your own risk so Im waiting for him to officially release it then I will let you know. The wait is getting long now :(

That's the notion of the dev releases. To get feedback and make corrections.
So the best way to speed this up, is to test it and provide feedback.
